Trout Soup

SOPA DE TRUCHA (TROUT SOUP)

Special mention must be made of the trout soups, which benefit from that valued trasure from the Leonese rivers. This is the ideal companion to endure the harsh winters. Besides trouts, it contains water, bread and paprika. A variant of the Sopa de Ajo (garlic soup), it is particularly famous at the Órbigo River area and other rivers prone to fishing.
